Natif.ai will be adding DocuWare GmbH, DocuWare Europe GmbH, DocuWare Corp. to the list of sub-contracted processors providing software services. DocuWare is a global document management software and workflow automation service provider.

DocuWare provides support services in relation to software services.For the purposes of the support services mentioned, DocuWare can access training data, production data and contact data from customers. Further DocuWare utilizes anonymized customer data to
continuously train its AI solutions and algorithms to improve their efficiency.
