What’s one of the most rewarding parts of your role as Solution Engineer at natif.ai, and what makes the Natif-Squad stand out to you?
As a Solution Engineer at natif, I have various areas of responsibility, from project support and technical consulting to the implementation of customer requirements. I think the latter is also the most rewarding part of my role as a Solution Engineer. It’s a lot of fun to meet individual customer challenges and implement them with our standard AI technology or possible extensions. If the customer is then satisfied with the solution, that is of course another great result of my work.
I really like the collaboration between the different departments and the short communication channels within Natif. This makes it possible to do the job without major obstacles or delays and the team spirit is of course great!
If you could describe natif.ai’s company culture in three emojis, which ones would you choose and why?
🌎 The internationality. I am a big fan of the internationality and diversity of the different cultures/countries of origin at Natif. It’s a lot of fun to work with different people.
🚀 AI technologies are no longer rocket science, but we want to discover new possibilities and regularly improve our technologies. So we continuously strive to develop our products into better versions of themselves!
👾 There are regular team and company events that naturally contribute to our positive mindset and good cooperation.
What’s your secret for keeping the team engaged and motivated? Any fun initiatives or traditions you’ve started?

When you’re not busy shaping the future of natif.ai customers, how do you like to relax and recharge outside of work?
In the summer months you can often meet me on the theater stage, whether in front of or behind the stage. I like to spend my free time with my 2nd family (the stage family). Apart from that, I like to travel the world, go hiking, meet up with friends and do voluntary work with children and young people. I also try to do sport regularly to clear my head and keep fit.
